The
Exopolitics Institute was incorporated as a non-profit organisation in
the State of Hawaii, USA, on April 7, 2005, and is registered as a non-profit
organization with the Internal Revenue Service. The Institute was created to simultaneously
provide support for scholars engaged in exopolitical research, whistleblowers
disclosing information about covert projects allegedly involving extraterrestrials
or their technology, and/or individuals claiming to have experienced extraterrestrial
contact. Without institutional support many scholars, 'whistleblowers', and 'experiencers'
would not be able to present to the general public the invaluable information
and technologies gained from their research, work, communications and/or contact
with extraterrestrial civilizations. The Exopolitics Institute has sponsored a
number of exopolitical inititiatves such as an Exopolitics
Journal, a conference on Extraterrestrial
Civilizations and World Peace, and a Certification
Program whereby students can enter courses of study to gain exopolitics certificates.
The
Exopolitics InstituteFounder is Dr Michael E. Salla who is a pioneer
in exopolitics research through his popular exopolitics website, exopolitics book
and research articles (for more info click Founder).
The
Advisory Board comprises a range of leading scholars, activists, journalists
and 'experiencers' who are leading exponents of exopolitics (for more information

The
Board of Directors is the principal decision making body for the Exopolitics
Institute (for more info click here).

Over
the next twelve months the Exopolitics Institute aims to expand by establishing
a staffed office; appointing office holders, expanding both the Advisory Board
and Board of Directors, commissioning research staff; starting a membership drive;
publishing a newsletter; launching the Journal of Exopolitics,
and filing for tax exempt status as a 501(C)3 organization in the United States.
