Michael
E. Salla, PhD.,
is an internationally recognized scholar in international politics
and held academic teaching appointments in prestigious schools of
international affairs, viz., School
of International Service, American University, Washington DC
(1996-2001); the Department
of Political Science, Australian National University (1994-96);
and the Elliot School of
International Affairs, George Washington University (2002).
He was a Researcher in Residence, Center
for Global Peace, American University 2001-2004. He is the author/co-editor
of five books and over seventy articles/book reviews on peace and
conflict in international politics. Dr Salla is the founder of a
popular website, Exopolitics.Org,
that includes a number of his referenced papers on the political
implications of the extraterrestrial presence. His research on exopolitics
was published as a book (his fifth) with the title Exopolitics:
Political Implications of the Extraterrestrial Presence (Dandelion
Books, 2004). He has a PhD
in Government from the University of Queensland and an MA
in Philosophy from the University of Melbourne, Australia. During
his professional academic career, he was best known for organizing
a series of citizen diplomacy initiatives for the East Timor conflict
that received large financial grants from the United States Institute

Paola
Harris, MEd. is an Italo-American photojournalist and
investigative reporter in the field of extraterrestrial related
phenomena research. She has studied extraterrestrial related phenomena
since 1979 and is on personal terms with many of the leading researchers
in the field. From 1980-1986 she assisted Dr. J. Allen Hynek with
his UFO investigations and has interviewed many top military witnesses
concerning their involvement in the government truth embargo. In
1997, Ms. Harris met and interviewed Col. Philip Corso in Roswell,
New Mexico and became a personal friend and confidante. She was
instrumental in having his book The Day After Roswell, for
which she wrote the preface, translated into Italian. She returned
to Roswell in the summer of 2003 for the American debut of her book,
Connecting
the Dots…making sense of the UFO Phenomena (Granite
Press). Paola has consulted with many researchers about the best
avenues for planetary disclosure with emphasis on the “big
picture” and stressing the historical connection. She is a
close friend of Monsignore Padre Corrado Balducci and assisted in
filming the Italian witnesses, including the Monsignore, for the
Disclosure Project for the May 9, 2001 press conference. She was
instrumental in bringing to Italy Robert Dean, Dr. Steven Greer,
Linda Moulton Howe, Dr. Richard Boylan, Russell Targ, Travis Walton,
Derrell Sims, Helmut Lamner, Michael Lindemann, Nick Pope, Bill
Hamilton, Carlos Diaz and Dr. John Mack. Her new non-profit association,
Starworks Italia, will continue to bring speakers to Italy and promote
disclosure and exo-political dialogue world-wide. She has been a
speaker on many radio shows and conferences in Italy, San Marino,
Belgium and Germany, and has appeared many times on Italian TV.
She has written for Nexus, UFO Magazine, Notizario UFO and Dossier
Alieni, among others publications. Based out of Rome, Paola Harris,
has taught high school English for thirty years and has a Masters
Degree in Multi-disciplinary Curriculum from Leslie college in Boston.

Manuel
Lamiroy, Lic. Juris (South Africa) has had a lifelong
interest in all matters extraterrestrial. In 1994 he decided to
quit a career as a lawyer and academic researcher (with teaching
assignment), and started a consulting company. This also offered
him the opportunity to follow his passion and dedicate more time
to extraterrestrial research. After a course in regression therapy,
he began to investigate abduction and contact cases. He also started
sharing information with other researchers and regression therapists
on an informal basis, and centralized that information in a database.
While it started as a database for people who work with abductees,
this project has over the years crystallized into a valuable asset

Angelika
Whitecliff has professionally taught classes in the intuitive,
visionary and energetic healing arts for the last 12 years. She
has traveled the world visiting sacred spiritual sites to activate
energy grids, interface with higher dimensional portals and to commune
with the angelic and nature kingdoms, as well as extraterrestrial
visitors. In private practice she has conducted consultations in
life purpose and goals, soul retrieval, and clairvoyant perspectives
to facilitate the healing of past life traumas. Her repertoire of

clearing unwanted ET implants, as well as understanding and healing

She has also performed healings during public channelings of the

telepath since childhood, Angelika has been actively discerning
vibrational frequencies, investigating astral, etheric and extraterrestrial
beings - their actions and motivations - as well as communicating

by the cetaceans of Hawaii and the humpback whales of the Caribbean
to actively swim and forge a relationship of interspecies communication,
DNA activation and mutually beneficial interactions regarding Gaia’s
and humanity's shifting galactic consciousness. Currently living
on the Big Island of Hawaii and swimming daily with the dolphins
of the Kona coast, she has found these inter-dimensional travelers
to be effective teachers regarding our stewardship of the planet.
The dolphins are also emissaries to other extraterrestrial civilizations,
especially those races interested in assisting the advancement of
human consciousness and developing awareness of our responsibilities
as we take our place as a member of the vast galactic community.
Angelika co-founded the Exopolitics Institute with its legal launch
in April 7, 2005 as a non-profit corporation in the State of Hawaii.
She was co-organizer of the 2007-2008 Earth
Transformation Conferences in Hawaii, and the 2006 Extraterrestrial
