Grant
Cameron (Canada)became involved in extraterrestrial-related
phenomena research in May 1975 with a personal sighting near Carman, Manitoba
about 25 miles north of the Canada-US border. Over the next 18 months hundreds
of sightings were reported, and Grant spent months photographing a series of strange
objects and interviewing hundreds of witnesses who were involved. Thus began a
28 years commitment to the subject. After composing a manuscript about the 1975-76
sightings, he moved on to research the work of the legendary Wilbert B. Smith.
Smith headed up the Canadian government’s flying saucer investigation known
as Project Magnet, which ran from 1950 to 1954. Over two decades Cameron was able
to collect most of Smith’s files and written materials. He interviewed most
of the associates around Smith who worked on the flying saucer investigation.
He produced a CD-Rom data disk with most of the documents from the Smith files
along with 12 hours of audio related to Smith's work. During the Smith research
Grant learned of the former Penn State University president Dr. Eric Walker, who
was identified by Dr. Robert Sarbacher as a key person inside the Cover-up. Cameron
teamed up with T. Scott Crain to research and write UFOs, MJ-12, and the Government
published by MUFON. Cameron then turned his research interests to the relationship
of U.S. Presidents to the extraterrestrial issue. He made 13 trips to the U.S.
National Archives and most of the Presidential archives looking for relevant documents.
A major contribution of his work was a FOIA submission to the White House Office
of Science and Technology which yielded nearly 1,000 pages of disclosure documents

Robert
Dean (Command Sgt Major, US Army, ret) has
a history that includes forty years of research in the UFO field. He spent twenty-seven
years of active duty in the US Army where he retired as Command Sergeant Major
after serving as a highly decorated infantry combat veteran. He also served in
Intelligence Field Operations and was stationed at Supreme Headquarters Allied
Powers Europe (SHAPE), the military arm of NATO. His Cosmic Top Secret clearance

James Deardorff, Ph.D. began his studies at Reed College in Portland,
Oregon in 1946-47 and then switched to Stanford University, where he majored in
physics earning his bachelor of science in 1950. He attended UCLA receiving a
second bachelor of science in meteorology in 1951. After a 4-year stint in the
Navy Dr. Deardorff went on to achieve an MS (1956) and PhD (1959) in Meteorology.
After post-graduate work he took a position at the National Center for Atmospheric
Research (NCAR) in Boulder, CO, in 1962. There he migrated into the study of laboratory
and numerical modeling of turbulent thermal convection, and boundary-layer turbulence
and diffusion. After a few years at NCAR he became a senior scientist, enjoying
a successful, 16-year research career. A list of the published research papers

vitae. After NCAR Dr Deardorff took a position at Oregon State University
in 1978 as a research professor in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences. It
was in Oregon that Dr. Deardorff became interested in extraterrestrial-related

towards the extraterrestrial hypothesis. By 1985 his research interests had irrevocably

Freer is a researcher, writer, lecturer, philosopher and poet living
in Santa Fe, NM. Neil holds a BA in English and did graduate work in Philosophy

F. Hamilton III is one of the most experienced UFO researchers in the
United States. He actively began pursuing his interests in extraterrestrial related
phenomena in 1953. He met and became acquainted with early contactees when attending
the Giant Rock Spacecraft Conventions hosted by George Van Tassel. In 1976 he
investigated his first abduction case and applied for membership in MUFON as a
field investigator. From 1980-83 he served as Maricopa County Section Director

Hansen, Ph.D. had a career as a mathematics education researcher, is
co-author of several mathematics books, teacher at various levels, and has a Ph.D
in Higher Education Administration. He began his teaching career in the Peace

of computers for a National Institute of Education project and was a researcher
for a National Science Foundation project to measure computer literacy. He was

Lamiroy, Lic. Juris (South Africa) has had a lifelong interest in

ACERN participated in a thesis by Simon Harvey Wilson ( MUFON Rep) for Edith Cowen
University of Western Australia. Comparisons between shamanism and Abduction,
which demonstrated similarities between Contact experience and a modern ‘shamanic
journey.’ Mary's research focus's on the transformative changes after Contact

Carol
Rosin, Ph.D (Hon) (Ecuador) is an award-winning educator, child psychologist,
futurist, international speaker, author, military strategist, and space and missile
defense consultant. She received her Bachelor of Science from the University of
Delaware and an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Humanities from Archbishop Soloman
Gbadebo of Nigeria. She is Founder and President of the Institute
for Cooperation in Space (ICIS), with headquarters in Vancouver, BC and Vilcabamba,

Wendelle
C. Stevens (Lt. Col. Ret)
was born in 1923 and enlisted in the U.S. Military Service at an early age. He
completed aircrew training as a fighter pilot and was sent to the Pacific Theater
of Operations. He alternated his career between pilot and Air Technical Service
assignments with the Air Technical Intelligence Center (ATIC) at Wright Field.
UFO Projects Sign, Grudge and Blue Book were also conducted at ATIC. In 1947 Stevens
was assigned from ATIC to Alaska where he was associated with polar weather, mapping
and polar survey projects. It was there that he first encountered stories of real
UFOs, and became interested in the subject. He could never follow the leads there
but it was then that he began investigating the UFO phenomenon for himself. Stevens
now has one of the largest collections of actual UFO photographs in private hands
in the world, and has supplied many of the UFO pictures seen in movies and UFO
magazines. He has been actively investigating UFO contact cases since 1975 when
his photo interests brought him into investigating a UFO contactee case in Switzerland.

Donald
Ware (Lt.Col. USAF, Ret.) received a
BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University in 1957 and an MS in Nuclear
Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology in 1970. He retired from
the U.S. Air Force at the end of 1982 with wide experience as a fighter pilot,
staff scientist, teacher, test manager, and programs manager. He has observed
alien vehicles nine times starting with the famous sighting over Washington D.C.
on 26 Jul 52. He and his human companions initiated two of these encounters. Since
1989 he has received guidance from some higher intelligence, often through other
people with more highly developed paranormal abilities. Since retirement Ware
has spent most of his time studying the persistent mysteries of mankind: to gain
insight into the larger reality that UFOs represent. In this process he developed
