Advisory Board members approve the basic mission and goals
of the Exopolitics Institute. They offer periodic advise and direction to the
President and Board of Directors to assist in the growth of the Exopolitics Institute,
and to promote a variety of exopolitical initiatives.* Public Outreach advisors
help inform the general public of exopolitics issues through related fields and
initiatives.
COME
CARPENTIER DE GOURDON is currently the Convener of the Editorial Board of
the WORLD AFFAIRS JOURNAL, a
quarterly publication dedicated to international issues, sponsored by the Kapur
Surya Foundation (a co-sponsor of the “World Public Forum for Dialogue of
Civilisations”) New Delhi, India. He shares his time between India, France,
Italy and Switzerland. He has lived and traveled in more than fifty countries
on four continents. He is also a consultant to Indfos Industries Ltd, a company
founded and chaired by the well known Indian philosopher, futurologist and engineer
J.C. Kapur, and continues to provide consulting services to various other companies

Kerry
Lynn Cassidy has a BA in English with graduate work in Sociology,
an MBA certificate from the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management,
and was competitively selected to attend a year of film school at
the UCLA Extension Short Fiction Film Program as one of their first
"hyphenates": a writer-director-producer. After
19 years in Hollywood working for major studios and independent
production companies in production, development and new media, she
has written a number of screenplays, acquired the movie rights to
the Wingmakers story in 2003,
and started work on her own UFO documentary in 2005. At the time
of writing (July 2006) she has completed three interviews for Project
Camelot, and is planning 21 more over the coming months. She

Gould is a Public Outreach Advisor for
the Exopolitics Institute. After Neil's personal experiences with
extraterrestrials it has become his mission to be involved with

Dr.
Simeon Hein received
his Ph. D. in sociology from Washington State University in 1993
and is the author of Opening Minds: A Journey of Extraordinary
Encounters, Crop Circles, and Resonance (Mount Baldy Press,
Inc., 2002). His dissertation focused on the role of technology
in social and economic change, specifically how technology can destroy
information and interfere with natural evolutionary processes. A
former sociology teacher, he now runs the non-profit Institute for
Resonance in Boulder, CO: an organization he founded in 1997 that
specializes in instructing people in the art of Resonant Viewing,
the scientific study of crop circles, and other subtle-energy phenomena.
He first learned remote viewing at the Farsight Institute in Atlanta
in 1996 and has also studied with government-trained viewers. His

H. Hill, Ph.D., is a Jungian Analyst in private practice
in Boulder, Colorado; member of the International Association of
Analytic Psychology (Zurich) and a senior training analyst for the
C. G. Jung Institute of Colorado. She has presented seminars on
UFOs and extraterrestrials to mental health professionals and the
public in Colorado Springs, Denver and Boulder. Her prior experiences
include being a chemist for the Canadian Dept. of Defense, studying
the effects of irradiation on biological materials. Appalled at
the destructiveness of nuclear weaponry; she left science for social
action. She served as advisor for a Canadian provincial Member of
Parliament after his successful run as an independent. Following

Donovan Mansfield experienced Air Force medical life for 22 years, including
2 years in Turkey. She so appreciated the sense of community that military bases
exemplify for all active duty members and their dependents. After she saw the
words "May Peace Prevail on Earth" on an 8 foot Peace Pole in the Pentagon
chapel in April 2003, she knew that the Dept. of Defense and the proposed Dept.

Douglas
McClure is a former South African civil servant who worked at
Cabinet level in the South African government between 1990 and 2000
serving three Ministers and three Presidents. He worked on the declassification
of the South African ballistic missile and atomic bomb projects,
compiled the President’s Council Report on Economic Literacy
in South Africa and assisted at the constitutional negotiations
towards a more democratic South African dispensation between 1990
and 1994. Prior to that he spent nearly ten years in radio and television
and lectured at the South African Naval Staff College and at two
