Founder interviews Sgt Clifford Stone
All
people have the right to expect and demand nothing less than truth,
justice and accountability from government and its elected officials.
Karl Rove and top presidential advisors are now feeling the weight
of public displeasure over the intolerable practice of bold-faced
lies and cover-ups. Such unacceptable actions are even more broadly
and blatantly represented by the non-disclosure of an exceedingly
well substantiated and significant extraterrestrial presence.

Institute founder, Dr. Michael Salla, recently conducted an interview
with Sgt Clifford Stone (ret). During his 22 year military service
career, Sgt Stone claims that he was assigned to an elite UFO retrieval
team in which he had access to a "three inches thick" Extraterrestrial
Biological Entity Guidebook. This alleged EBE Guidebook described
the physiological characteristics of 57 different extraterrestrial

Dr.
Salla concludes that " a compilation of such a guidebook suggests
a very well coordinated and funded research program exists in the
classified projects involving EBEs and ETVs." According to Sgt
Stone, he had access to this EBE Guidebook back in 1979 and so much
more has happened since this time. Such credible witness testimony
added to the ever increasing stockpile of well documented evidence
clearly suggests that the public is being kept in the dark about this
reality shifting issue of the utmost magnitude and importance.
How
resilient and flexible is the psyche of the masses? Individually we
only need trust that we are each equipped to handle
any challenge that enters our lives, no matter how seemingly dramatic
and potentially transformative, for then we have at our disposal the
very tool to integrate and even thrive within the truth of the new

Six
primary goals comprise the heart and vision of the Exopolitics Institute.
These are our driving inspiration and we are proud to present this

associated with evidence of an extraterrestrial presence.

different extraterrestrial races; and their impact on social, economic,
cultural and political processes.

suggests are aligned with the advancement of global peace, human
empowerment, and human sovereignty.

whose existence is supported by credible evidence.

is extraterrestrial in origin.

To promote full public disclosure through an accelerated release
of all evidence concerning an extraterrestrial presence in terms
of history, agreements, technologies and activities.
Yet
in order to actualize such expansive and system changing ideas, a
requisite amount of talent must come together with such explosive
inspiration, in a synergy of intensity that the new vision is propelled
into effectual actualization.

Advisory Board Members
Stephen
Bassett is a leading advocate for ending the 58-year government
imposed truth embargo regarding an extraterrestrial. He is a political
activist, founder of the Paradigm Research Group, Executive Director
of the Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee (X-PPAC),
author of the Paradigm Clock website, and a political columnist and
commentator. His work has been referenced in the Washington Post,
Washington Times, New York Times, Legal Times, Christian Science Monitor,
National Journal, Pravda, London Sunday Express and O¹Dweyer¹s
Washington Report. He has appeared on hundreds of radio and television
talk shows, in numerous documentaries and brought the message to millions
of people of the likelihood and implications of "Disclosure".
Presently he is the only registered lobbyist in the United States
representing extraterrestrial-related phenomena research/activist
organizations.
Dr. Courtney Brown is the director and founder of The Farsight
Institute, a research and educational nonprofit organization. Dr.
Brown's primary research interest is in the new field of "sociophysics,"
a science that integrates the areas of mathematics, social science,
and physics with the study of consciousness. Dr. Brown has published
a number of books on remote viewing. His speculative nonfiction book,
Cosmic Voyage: A Scientific Discovery of Extraterrestrials Visiting
Earth, describes his first investigation using remote viewing as a
data gathering technique. He is also the author of, Cosmic Explorers:
Scientific Remote Viewing, Extraterrestrials, and a Message for Mankind.
His new book, Remote Viewing: The Science and Theory of Nonphysical
Perception, is an in-depth scientific examination of the remote-viewing
phenomenon. This book also deeply engages issues related to the physics
of psi functioning.
Command
Sgt Major Robert Dean (ret) has a history that includes forty
years of research in the UFO field. He spent twenty-seven years of
active duty in the US Army serving as a highly decorated infantry
combat veteran. He also served in Intelligence Field Operations and
was stationed at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE),
the military arm of NATO. His Cosmic Top Secret clearance opened the
way for his study of the highly controversial document of which he
now speaks. He is the former Arizona Assistant Director and Pima County
Director for the Mutual UFO Network. He also served twelve years as
a member of the board of Directors for the Aerial Phenomenon Research
Organization (APRO). Mr. Dean has countless television, radio, video
and news documentary appearances to his credit and has been honored
with THREE lifetime achievement awards for his contribution to the
field of Ufology.
Jim
Marrs is an award-winning journalist and the author of numerous
books including Alien Agenda: Investigating the Extraterrestrial Presence
Among Us (1997) which gives a detailed analysis of evidence concerning
the UFO phenomenon, government cover up and the extraterrestrial presence.
His book, Crossfire: The Plot That Killed Kennedy (1990), reached
the New York Times Paperback Non-Fiction Best Seller List and became
a basis for the Oliver Stone Film JFK. He is also the author of Rule
By Secrecy: The Hidden History that Connects the Trilateral Commission,
the Freemasons and the Great Pyramids (2000) that analyses the history
of global governance by elite families, institutions and nations,
and the role played by extraterrestrial races. Marrs has appeared
on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, C-SPAN, the Discovery, Learning and History
Channels, Geraldo, Montel Williams, and Today, and the Larry King
and Art Bell radio programs.
Joan
Ocean, M.Sc, is one of the nation's leading researchers in the
field of human-dolphin and whale communication. She is co-founder
of Dolphin Connection International, an organization that explores
the advancement of human consciousness, biophysics and spirituality
by producing visionary films, books, artforms and Ocean Seminars encouraging
friendships between people and ocean-swimming dolphins and whales.

Lt.Col.
Donald Ware (Ret) received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from
Duke University in 1957 and an MS in Nuclear Engineering from the
Air Force Institute of Technology in 1970. He retired from the U.S.
Air Force at the end of 1982 with wide experience as a fighter pilot,
staff scientist, teacher, test manager, and programs manager. He has
observed alien vehicles nine times starting with the famous sighting
over Washington D.C. on 26 Jul 52. Since retirement, Mr. Ware has
spent most of his time studying the persistent mysteries of mankind.
In this process he developed and currently gives lectures on: UFOs
and Human/Alien Interaction; The Long-term Government Covert Educational
Program on UFOS; Telepathic Communications and UFO Phenomena; and
How a Fighter Pilot, Staff Scientist, and UFO Investigator Became
a Lightworker. He is currently on the board of the International UFO
Congress.
