Exopolitics Research Program

This program seeks to provide financial assistance and publication opportunities for scholars engaged in exopolitical research. This program will produce exopolitical papers and books that reflect a high scholarly standard, and that can assist the general public to become better informed about the political implications of evidence concerning an extraterrestrial presence, and of ongoing communications and interactions with extraterrestrial races. Presently the Program comprises the the Exopolitics Journal launched on October, 2005.

Current online resources for this program include the scholarly study papers of Dr Michael Salla, and selected research papers from students completing exopolitics courses. Available free online at: http://exopolitics.org/Study-Papers.htm . For information on exopolitics courses, go to: http://exopolitics.org/Courses.htm .

Extraterrestrial Contact Program

This program provides institutional support for investigating cases of individuals with credible evidence of voluntary physical contact and communications with extraterrestrial races. The goal is to analyse the credibility of such cases, and when appropriate disseminate the information and technologies gained from such extraterrestrial contacts with the general public.

The Extraterrestrial Contact Program currently supports the ongoing investigation of Steve Moreno of the Mission Rama movement located in Peru. For more information on this and other investigations of 'contactees' conducted by Steve Moreno go to: http://psiapplications.com .

Citizen Diplomacy Program

This program supports citizen or 'track two' diplomacy initiatives with extraterrestrial races whose existence is supported by credible evidence. The main aim is to promote peaceful communications and interactions with extraterrestrial races by providing institutional support for citizens engaged in such initiatives or to help train individuals for conducting such initiatives. The goal is to assist in the coordination of these citizen diplomacy initiatives and to bring to the public's attention the importance of citizen initiatives with extraterrestrial races.

Presently, the Citizen Diplomacy Program is disseminating information about citizen diplomacy with extraterrestrials through the website www.galacticdiplomacy.com . The GalacticDiplomacy.com website provides research articles on Track Two (Citizen) Galactic Dipomacy, information on present citizen diplomacy initiatives with extraterrestrials, and seminars and courses in citizen diplomacy with extraterrestrials.

Exopolitics Disclosure Program

This program supports official disclosure of all available evidence concerning an extraterrestrial presence and preparing the general public for open interaction with extraterrestrials. The goal is to provide institutional support for a range of initiatives aimed at having national security agencies and military departments in the United States and elsewhere disclose to the general public, mass media and political representatives all evidence of an extraterrestrial presence. Whistleblowers who have evidence of a range of projects involving extraterrestrials and their technology will be supported.

A key initiative in this program is the organization of a yearly conference on the theme of Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace. The first conference was organizaed in Hawaii in June 2006 and featured some of the worlds leading spokespersons on exopolitics and world peace. More information is available at: http://www.etworldpeace.com

Another key initiative is the creation of an association of key exopolitical activists and scholars who can coordinate their efforts in ways that mutually reinforce their respective goals and activities. The creation of an Association of Independent Exopolitical Interests will establish a database and website for the coordination of these efforts so full disclosure of the ET presence can be most effectively achieved. The Program Coordinator is Ed Komarek who maintains a blogsite at: http://exopolitics.blogspot.com/

Also, interested parties can also visit the website of Dr Steven Greer's Disclosure Project (www.disclosureproject.com ) to learn more about efforts to promote disclosure. Those interested in open dialogue with individuals dicussing how to prepare for contact with extraterrestrials can do so through the following Yahoo discussion group: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/prepare4contact/.
