RE: HAWAII DECLARATION FOR PEACEFUL RELATIONS WITH EXTRATERRESTRIAL CIVILIZATIONS

Dear __________ I was a participant at an international conference that met from June 9-11, 2006 at the King Kamehameha Kona Beach Hotel in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, to discuss the issue of Etraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace. There were 150 participants. Speakers included a former Canadian Defense Minister, the Hon Paul Hellyer, a former United States Ambassador, John McDonald, and other prominent experts on international peace and diplomacy. The conference issued a Hawaii Declaration for Peaceful Relations with Extraterrestrial Civilizations by consensus which I am attaching. The Declaration addresses issues that directly impact on local communities such as our own in terms of the possible public appearance of extraterrestrial civilizations in the near future. I would greatly appreciate you and/or your organization issuing a statement of support for the Hawaii Declaration and its underlying principles since it has great significance for our local community.
