to announce the forthcoming Earth Transformation Japan Tour. Building upon the
highly successful Earth Transformation Conference held in Kona, Hawaii, May 11-13,

the upcoming Japan tour will bring together five pioneers in the paradigm shifting
fields of Extraterrestrial Contact (Exopolitics), Spirituality and New Science
& Technology. Consciousness is shifting across the planet and in order to

Speaker Biographies
Dr
Michael E. Salla, is a former university professor in international politics
who became interested in the study of extraterrestrial life. He is the author
of several books that include "Exopolitics: Political Implications of the
Extraterrestrial Presence." Dr. Salla has held academic appointments at American
University, Washington DC.; George Washington University, Washington DC.; and
the Australian National University, Canberra, Australia. He has a PhD in Government
from the University of Queensland, Australia. He is also the Founder of the Exopolitics
Institute, a non-profit organization that analyzes the political implications
of extraterrestrial life, and executive producer of the 2006 and 2007 Earth Transformation
conferences. He is among the world's foremost authorities on 'exopolitics' - a

Angelika
Whitecliff is a multi-disciplinary researcher involved in the study of
consciousness, multidimensional communications and humanity's extraterrestrial
origin. She has been a conscious clairvoyant and telepath since childhood, and

Lt
Col Wendelle C. Stevens (USAF, Ret.) was born in 1923 and enlisted in the
U.S. Military Service at an early age. He alternated his career between pilot
and Air Technical Service assignments with the Air Technical Intelligence Center
(ATIC) at Wright Field. In 1947, Col Stevens was assigned from ATIC to Alaska
where he first encountered stories of real UFOs, and became interested in the
subject. Col. Stevens now has one of the largest collections of actual UFO photographs
in private hands in the world. He has been actively investigating UFO contact
cases since 1975 when his photo interests brought him into investigating a UFO
contactee case in Switzerland. He has since investigated hundreds of contactee
cases around the world and is widely considered among the world's foremost authorities

Hector
Palacios is a Mexican Shaman and Contactee who has interacted extensively
with fully human extraterrestrial beings from Jupiter's moon, Ganymede, and other
close by extraterrestrial groups since the 1970's. He has been physically taken
aboard their ships on many occasions and shown other races and worlds. On one
of these trips, he was brought to Ganymede to be taught in a specific form of
healing which the extraterrestrials told him would be highly effective on all
forms of human illnesses. This form of healing is called Bio-Energetics Healing.

Collier is a 'contactee' with a race of human looking extraterrestrials
from the constellation of Andromeda. He first began to experience extraterrestrial
contact during his childhood. After the experiences stopped over a period of several
years which included military service as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army,
the contact experiences resumed in 1988. He met with two Andromedans who became
his mentors and took him on board a large extraterrestrial mother ships where
